Thanks for an extraordinary experience. Josh was informative with each phase of the process. He changed the filters and flushed water lines, charged storage tanks, checked levels after servicing to ensure pressure was sufficient and no leaks were present. He also was able to advise on a sink we were contemplating for replacement. Overall the visit was greatly beneficial and Josh Bies displayed A+ customer service.

Josh did an excellent job with the annual maintenance on our system. He was prompt and professional, and he cleaned up after completing the work. Everything was done very well and in a timely manner. Since then, everything has been working great, and he responds promptly to any questions.

Micah Blake is the go-to expert for all your filtration system needs. I appreciated receiving updates about my appointment and even a notification when he was on the way. Micah took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He also walked me through some of the system’s features and shared tips to keep it running smoothly. This company has done a couple jobs for me. Their response to my concerns has always been prompt and efficient. The plumber Ty was respectful, cordial and exhibited a high level of knowledge in his field of expertise. He did not dawdle but assessed the situation, found the problem (a leak in the main line) and fixed it in less than 2 hours. Thank you. Your customer service is commendable.

I needed my garbage disposal completely removed and Ty was sent out promptly to completely the job within the hour! My experience with him was wonderful. Very polite, hard working, efficient. Made sure everything was working and there were no leaks before leaving. He was also very patient with my curious children. 10/10 experience!! I also appreciate the military discount 👌🏻

When I called for an appointment for a plumber, I was able to get a house call with 24 hours. Chris came to my home, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced my garbage disposal. He gave instructions on use to extend the life of the product and have us warranty details. He was in and out in no time and the cost was very reasonable. He was very personable and professional. It was a VERY pleasant experience overall. I would definitely use Plumbing by BFW again.
